Hi My name is Ken Faminoff, I am Married and I have Two Little Girls,
Age 6 and 2 . I was born and raised in Penticton British Columbia, I graduated from Rutland Senior Secondary in 1986.
I have been in sales since coming out of High School moving to Vancouver British Columbia
Becoming a Travel Agent for over 15 years. I livedin Alberta back in the 1990's and in 1994 moved back to the
Okanagan to Manage a Travel Agency in West Bank B.C. In 2002 I moved back to Calgary as my sister
and her family were building a house and the Market was Booming at that time.
I went to work for HSBC FINANCE in May of 2003 and in 2004 I was Loan officer of the year and Promoted to
Senior Loans office in January 2005.In April 2005 I went on to Manage a HSBC Branch in Brentwood and Lethbridge Alberta
, Completing my Management Certification and became a full Branch Manager in March of 2006. I managed the Mckenzie Towne Branch
up until June 2008, winning all kinds of Awards month after month.
The Market had started to Shift and the UNITED STATES went into a Recession and HSBC started to
lay off and close Branches, I needed to looktowards the Future and Decided to move on to Become a Personal Banking Manager
with ATB FINANCIAL in Calgary. In September 2009 I was laid off at ATB and at that time I decided to pursue a Career as a
Mortgage Associate for S&R Mortgage Group on Macleod Trail in Calgary.
I bring to the Table a vast knowledge in Mortgages and Loans, Specializing in the Self Employed, New to Canada
and Credit Repair, I have completed over 2000 Mortgages and Loans and am able to Think outside the Box and Package Deals to Make them happen!
